Built for students who'd rather not wait in an office
Traditional agencies ask you to come in again and again. We built our process around the phone in your pocket.
- Upload documents from your phone, any time
- See your application status without calling anyone
- One named counsellor on WhatsApp, phone and email
- Clear fee breakdown before you commit to anything
Why we built InfoStudy
Too many talented students outside Dhaka were travelling for hours, again and again, just to hand over a document or ask for an update. Others gave up on studying abroad because the process felt confusing and opaque.
So we moved the whole process online. Students talk to a counsellor, upload documents, track applications and prepare for their visa from home — with a real person guiding them at every step.
- A dedicated counsellor for every student
- Transparent advice — we tell you when a plan isn't realistic
- Our own CRM tracks every application in real time
“Your location shouldn't decide your future. A good education abroad should be one click away.”— The InfoStudy team

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to visit the InfoStudy office?
No. Counselling, document upload, applications and status updates all happen online. You only need to appear in person for visa biometrics or an embassy interview when the country requires it.
When should I start applying?
Ideally 6–9 months before your intended intake. This leaves time for English tests, scholarship deadlines and visa processing.
Can I apply without IELTS?
Some universities, particularly in the UK and parts of Europe, accept a Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter or other tests such as PTE or Duolingo. We'll tell you which options are realistic for your profile.
I have a study gap. Can I still apply?
Often, yes. Many universities accept gaps if they're explained well — for example with work experience. We help you present it clearly in your SOP.
How much money do I need to show for the visa?
It depends on the country: usually your first year's tuition plus living costs for a set period. We calculate the exact amount for your case and help organise the documents.
Can my parents follow my application?
Yes. With your permission, we can keep a parent or sponsor updated, and they can call your counsellor directly.
Do you help after I arrive?
Yes — we help with accommodation and airport pickup and stay in touch during your first weeks.
Is counselling free?
Your first counselling session is completely free. We'll explain any service charges clearly before you decide to go ahead.
What do I need to get started?
Your academic certificates and transcripts, passport, and an English test score (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL or Duolingo) if you have one. Don't have a test score yet? We'll advise you on which test to take.
Can you help me find a scholarship?
Yes. We check every university on your shortlist for merit scholarships and tuition waivers you're eligible for, and help you apply.
How long does the whole process take?
Usually 3–6 months from first call to visa, depending on the country, intake and how quickly documents are ready. Start at least 6 months before your intake if you can.
