“Zihveen” means to adorn oneself with grace and elegance.

A group of fashion lovers started Zihveen because they admired the heritage and traditional craft of ethnic clothing. We make each piece with close attention to detail, in quality fabric, so that craft stays alive.

Cash on delivery is available in Dhaka City for orders up to ৳5,000. You'll get an emailed bill and a printed invoice with your parcel.

Easy exchange

Wrong size? Tell us within 3 days of delivery and we'll swap it. Faulty items are replaced with store credit for a piece of the same or higher price.

Tip: check your parcel before paying the courier. You can return it on the spot.

Before you order

How long will my order take?

If you place and confirm your order by 10 PM, it arrives in 1-2 days inside Dhaka and 3-5 days outside Dhaka.

How much is delivery?

৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳150 everywhere else in Bangladesh.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, inside Dhaka City for orders up to ৳5,000. For larger orders or deliveries outside Dhaka, pay with bKash or Nagad.

What if it doesn't fit?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll exchange the size. You can also check the fit and return it to the courier on the spot.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Tell our customer service team within 3 days of delivery (7 days for discolouration or quality issues). We'll give you store credit to choose a similar piece at the same or a higher price. We don't offer cash refunds.

Can I see the clothes before buying?

Yes. Visit our outlets at Concord Niharika Tower in Banani, Dhaka, or Finlay South City in Chattogram.
